The organisation, which manages the Mr and Miss Taraba pageant, described Williams as a valued member of its team whose contributions and presence would remain part of its history.

The statement was shared on Facebook by the organisation’s Chief Executive Officer, Disebe Donga, who expressed sadness over the loss.

“This heartbreaking loss has left us deeply devastated. She was not just a member of our organisation but an important part of the Prime Planet family whose presence, contributions, and memories will forever remain in our hearts,” the statement read.

Williams was crowned the 10th Miss Taraba in 2023, earning recognition through the state’s beauty pageant platform.

She later joined the management of Prime Planet Event Managers, where she was appointed Assistant Managing Director in January 2026 as part of a new seven-member leadership team known as Team 7.

Under the management restructuring, Tabitha Adda was named Managing Director, Williams became Assistant Managing Director, while Leah Lot Mangbon was appointed Head of Contestants.

Her involvement in the pageant community also included engagements beyond the competition. In October 2024, she joined other Taraba pageant titleholders on a courtesy visit to Senator Manu Haruna at the National Assembly in Abuja.

Prime Planet described her death as a significant loss to the organisation, extending its condolences to her family, friends and loved ones.

“You will forever remain a part of the Prime Planet family. You will be deeply missed, but never forgotten,” the organisation added.

The circumstances surrounding Williams’ death have not been disclosed by Prime Planet. The organisation did not provide details about the cause of death in its condolence announcement.
