The singer shared a video showing himself and his father inspecting the property, with both men appearing pleased as they walked around the building.

Accompanying the footage was a heartfelt message in which Seyi Vibez congratulated his father and expressed gratitude for the achievement.

“I celebrate you Pops! Congrats on your second house. ALHAMDULILLAH!!!” he wrote.

The announcement attracted attention from fans, many of whom praised the singer for celebrating his father through a significant material gift. Others described the gesture as a reflection of the importance of family and gratitude.

Although the singer did not disclose the property’s purchase price or provide details of its location in Lagos, some reports have estimated its value at more than ₦200 million.

The figure, however, has not been independently confirmed.

The latest presentation continues a gesture that dates back to June 2023, when Seyi Vibez first announced that he had acquired a house for his father.

At the time, the singer shared images and a video of the property, recalling a prayer made by fellow Nigerian music star Wizkid during their first meeting. Seyi Vibez said Wizkid had prayed that his music would one day enable him to buy a house for his mother.

He expressed gratitude to God and celebrated his father in the post, writing: “Forever grateful to ALLAH. Congratulations Baba Loseyi.”

The 2023 announcement came months after the death of his mother, a loss the singer had publicly acknowledged while celebrating his growing success.

Seyi Vibez rose to mainstream prominence in 2022 following the success of his song Chance (Na Ham) and has since built a strong presence in Nigeria’s street-pop and Afrobeats scene.

His latest gift also comes weeks after the release of his music project Swaguu, which features American rapper Quavo and was executive-produced by Burna Boy, according to Pulse Nigeria.
